Q: Do You Sell Directly to Customers or through Distributors?
A: In China we sell
directly to customers, who given our 70% market share
include many of the largest companies in China. In the
international markets we sell through distributors.
Given China's recent admission to the WTO, we are now
developing our international distribution network in
North & South America as well as Europe and other
major markets.

Q: What are Your Payment Terms?
A: L/C on sight or T/T payment within 3 days of Customer
Order Form receipt (original, fax or electronic).
Q: Where Do You Ship From and What are Your
Terms ? A: We ship internationally based
on our customer requirements; locations include Beijing
Capitol Airport, Tianjin Airport, Tang Gu seaport and
others.
Shipment terms are negotiable based on IncoTerms (2000).
Q: What Packaging Choices to You Offer? A:
Packaging is based on customer requirements, for example,taps
are commonly individually packaged in single plastic
protective tubes and then pasted in heavy transparent
protective plastic on cardboard with 20 or 24 taps (and
tubes) per shipping box.
Chasers are usually pasted in heavy transparent protective
plastic on cardboard with 20 or 24 chasers per shipping
box.
Wooden boxes are used to prevent damage from shock,
while the heavy protective plastic protects from moisture
and rust.
Q: What is Your Turnaround Time on an Order?
A: Standard orders for products in stock
are normally delivered within 72 hours after receipt
of confirmed irrevocable letter of credit or faxed photocopy
of T/T receipt at sight.
Special orders. We do a lot of special order work
because of our low cost skilled labor and attractive
product pricing. Special order delivery time varies
from 30 - 60 days depending on our customer specific
requirements.

Order Price Request Quote Form.
Q: What is Your Returns Policy?
A: Returns are accepted for standard order goods and
must be returned in original packaging in original condition
without altercations within 15 days of receipt of goods
and include copy of original Customer Order Form and
invoice. All standard order returned goods are subject
to a 30% restocking charge. Invoice discrepancies and
pricing errors must be reported in writing to us within
30 days of invoice.
Returns are not accepted for special order goods.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and approve
all special order good test parts in writing by dated
signature prior to our producing the end product in
volume.
Q: What is Your Pricing Policy? A: Prices
are FOB point of sale. We offer volume pricing discounts
on both standard order goods and also on special order
goods.
Q: What Types of Materials Do You Work With?
A: Based on our customer requirements materials include
premium steel, HSS, cobalt, carbide and others.
